I-Naba vanishes and in its place comes Chabuya with a roster of Japanese soba and udon dishes.
For lunch, find mini gyu-don with thinly slice braised beef and rice along with wakame tanuki soba or udon with seaweed and tempura flakes; mini ten-don shrimp and vegetable tempura on rice; mini katsu-don with breaded Kurobuta pork cutlet on rice; mini Kurobuta soga-yaki-don with grilled black pork ginger on rice; mini zuke-don with marinated tuna; and mini-unagi-don with barbecued freshwater eel.
The dinner menu features rice bowls with proteins such as shrimp and seasonal tempura vegetables, breaded Kurobuta pork or salmon sashimi and salmon roe; cold soa or udon noodles with vegetables; warm soba and udon noodles with vegetables, shrimp or sliced beef ribeye steak; and desserts such as ice cream made in house.
Eight different sakes make the menu as well.
