Morel’s New Bourbon Brunch and Lavo’s Party Brunch

PALAZZO — Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro’s brunch every Saturday and Sunday through Oct. 2 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. features the Bourbon brunch. Dishes include banana’s Foster pancakes with lemon and orange zest, Jim Beam Black bruleed bananas and Jim Beam Honey maple syrup for $17; a Bourbon Benedict with country smoked ham, poached eggs and Maker's Mark Hollandaise on brioche toast for $19; cornflake-crusted chicken and waffles, bourbon salted, with Jim Beam Honey maple syrup for $22; drunken Jim Beam glazed bacon Snake River Farms burger with smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato and onion on a brioche bun for $19 or with a fried egg for an additional $2; and Jim Beam glazed bacon for $7.
