Replacing the unceremoniously shuttered Serendipity 3, Stripside Cafe & Bar has debuted in its much coveted location in front of Caesars Palace and just a handful of steps from the very busy Las Vegas Boulevard sidewalk.
Serendipity 3 was destined to close following the conviction and imprisonment of restaurant operator Rowen Seibel for tax evasion. The new concept, fully expected to be a temporary tenant until a branded concept takes over, keeps the "family-friendly" spirit of its predecessor.

While the interior and partially obscured signage makes design reference to the famed "Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas" sign, special focus has been given to their "Grab and Go" window as a dining option.
Encouraging guests to eat out on the patio, choices include $19 chicken wings, $12 "Texas-style fries," $13 "Boulevard Nachos" and a $10 Caesar Salad. Inside, heartier options include all-day breakfast selections, burgers, a $39 8-ounce filet mignon, their $35 Atlantic salmon and menu of margaritas, Mason jar mojitos and martinis.
Serendipity 3 built its local reputation on their desserts and the cafe has kept up the tradition, with a range of $14 sundaes includes salted caramel and fudge, carrot cake butterscotch and a "famous banana split."
