The fourth local expansion of Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza has arrived in Centennial at the Montecito Marketplace, letting guests custom build their own pizza and then watch the thin-crust pie be "fast-fire'd and ready to eat" in around 180 seconds.

The 3,480-square-foot corner spot at the intersection of Durango Dr. and Elkhorn Rd., can seat 95 inside and 52 on their outdoor patio.

On the menu, the brand's own creations of 11-inch, crisp crust pie, like the "Link In," built with "Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, sauteed onions, mozzarella and red sauce" and the "White Top" created with "white cream sauce with mozzarella, applewood bacon, chopped garlic, oregano and arugula."

Or diners, can choose their own unlimited toppings, all for one price, from meats, vegetables, cheeses and sauces.

The franchise arrived locally in 2015, debuting in Henderson and expanding to North Las Vegas and a second Henderson home, near the Galleria at Sunset.
