Centennial is hopping with new restaurants, and one of the newest brings Korean barbecue to the masses. Moo Woo Korean BBQ features meats cooked at the table. Each of the combination meals features traditional Korean side dishes, a house salad, steamed egg, corn cheese and a choice of soon tofu stew, kimchi stew or bean paste stew.

Two to three people can order the small combination while three to four can try the larger versions. The Moo combo features thinly sliced prime brisket, prime pork belly, pork collar butt, rib-eye steak, and marinated sweet chicken or marinated spicy chicken for $53 or $85.

The Woo combo for $56 or $89 features thinly sliced prime brisket, seasoned premium cut beef, thinly sliced marinated beef, rib-eye steak or prime boneless short rib and premium Korean short rib.

The Moo Woo comb for four people for $140 takes guests through thinly sliced prime brisket, rib-eye steak, prime boneless short rib, seasoned premium cut beef, premium Korean short rib, prime pork belly, thinly sliced marinated spicy pork, prime pork jowl meat, marinated sweet chicken and butter garlic shrimp.

Other options include entrees such as Jeyug Bokk-Eum (stir-fried spicy pork) for $20, Ojing-Eo Bokk-Eum (spicy stir-fried squid) for $20, Osam Bul Go Gi (stir-fried squid and prime pork belly) for $25 and Hot Stone Pot Bi Bim Bap with rice topped with vegetables, meat and red pepper for $15.

Noodles also make an appearance, stir fried with vegetables, served with beef broth and sliced meat, and even in a seafood soup.

Lunch specials run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays with dishes from $7 to $15.
