Officially scheduled to open on Saturday, Jan. 14, chef André Rochat continues his Las Vegas journey with the debut of Andre's Bistro & Bar, inside the former DW Bistro space on Fort Apache Road.
Operated by Stacked Hospitality’s Joseph Marsco, Mark Purdy and John Wood, who also run Alizé at the Palms, this "neighborhood restaurant" aims to blend "French Bistro and American Tavern cuisine for lunch, dinner and brunch — all served in an intimate, neighborhood setting."
Executive chef Scott Sampson will be in charge of the kitchen, moving over from his post at Andre's Restaurant & Lounge at the Monte Carlo. He’ll be including a number of classic dishes synonymous with chef Rochat since his 1980 arrival in Downtown Las Vegas.
The restaurant will be serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with a happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and dinner from 3:30 to 10 p.m.
On Saturday and Sunday, they will add brunch from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
