Within weeks, Centennial will have three new casual vegan options, suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Joining newly opened Pancho's Vegan Tacos, serving "authentic vegan Mexican food," and the imminent arrival of the second outpost of Vegeway, home to their "plant-based fast food," comes Cinnaholic, which is close to launching a second local vegan bakery, famed for "gourmet cinnamon rolls."
Promising a March arrival, Cinnaholic will take over a 1,652-square-foot corner spot at the Centennial Center, near the intersection of Centennial Center Blvd. and Tropical Pkwy., less than two miles from the new Vegeway.
Cinnaholic’s Spring Valley location, the first Nevada expansion for the Berkeley, Calif.-based franchise, debuted last August, offering "dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free" rolls, with all the toppings chosen by the customer.
On the Las Vegas menu, frosting choices such as cream cheese, chai, cake batter, lemon, maple and marshmallow, while toppings include gingersnap cookies, pie crumble, pecans and peaches.
An "Old Skool Roll" with a simple vanilla topping, costs $4.75, while each additional frosting costs 25 cents and each new topping 50 cents.
Opening hours and an an exact opening date have yet to be announced.
