Take a look inside Hawthorn Grill, the new steakhouse that just opened at the J.W. Marriott. The 18,000-square-foot restaurant sit in the Spa Tower on the south side of the resort.
Designer Randy Apel created the look here with a mix of contemporary and classic designs meant to complement the views of the waterfalls and ponds that surround the restaurant.
The restaurant with room for more than 370 guests in the space that includes a main dining room with a steakhouse setting replete with banquettes and tables, outdoor patio and lounge. The dining room even features a nod to old-school Vegas with draped areas meant for a night of romance.
The outdoor patio area features waterfalls as well as the restaurant’s namesake Hawthorn bush. Fire pits and heaters keep it warm during the colder months.
Two private dining rooms can seat groups of 18 to 40. Semi-private patios run alongside the larger private dining room and a small reception area.
