Now open, the 200-seat Momofuku, chef David Chang’s furthest expansion west filled with favorites from his collection of restaurants in the United States and Canada. Executive chef Michael Chen worked with Chang on the menu that features Fuku chicken sandwiches, ramen, fried chicken with caviar and bo ssam, a pork dish. Those last two dishes come in large format dishes meant for groups to share.
