With their own signage and commitment to spreading their name on social media, Dem Noles Bois are quickly gaining a following for their very casual venture, inside an inauspicious venue.

Created by the Noles family, last associated with Dorothy Noles’ Dot’s Southern Kitchen located not far from the Nellis Air Force Base, the boys are serving up their spins on seafood, barbecue and pizza inside the Orchid Stop N Shop convenience store attached to the gas station at the intersection of Jones Boulevard and Vegas Drive.

On the menu, hearty portions at bargain prices, including a ribs "po'boy" for $4, or a half slab for $13. Seafood choices served with fries and coleslaw, include their $8.99 catfish, tilapia and $7 whiting. Entrees include lasagna, stuffed cabbage, baked spaghetti and they also offer Chinese-inspired dishes of $7.99 "egg foo yung," sweet and sour chicken and $12.99 tempura shrimp.

The broad menu created inside such a small spot also includes "seafood pots" of snow crab and shrimp served with "corn cob, potato, hot link, lemon butter and our house blend seasoning over a bed of rice."

They also feature sandwiches, catfish by the piece, chicken wings, large Angus beef burgers and are earning a following for their pizzas.
