Details of celebrity chef Robert Irvine’s first Las Vegas restaurant have been kept under wraps since his splashy announcement last May, but a local firm has released the first visual hint of what to expect when the concept debuts at the Tropicana Las Vegas this summer.
Very well known local "design/build" company SR Construction Inc. has shared a rendering of the restaurant taking over the former sports book space. While the Food Network TV star has kept the name of his concept secret, the rendering brands the place, "Robert Irvine On The Strip." The chef has previously trademarked the names, "Robert Irvine's," "Robert Irvine’s Eat," and "Robert Irvine's Nosh" for potential dining ventures.
SR Construction adds, the restaurant will "uphold Robert’s personal flair offering Americana-style ‘quality food at a fair price in an amazing environment.’" The restaurant is officially pushing for a July debut.
Equally well-respected local firm Marnell Architecture is the architect of record, a company known for the work on the Strip and a force behind the look of Heritage Steak at the Mirage and BLT Steak at Bally’s Las Vegas.
The busy chef is currently hosting his syndicated talk show, The Robert Irvine Show on CW stations.
