Take a look at the refresh at Parasol Up, the casino floor lounge at Wynn Las Vegas. The interior remodel of the 3,093-square-foot space spent an estimated $1,169,209 on construction costs alone.
The new space features curtains in soft creams and gold, along with trimmed down sheers that replace heavy draperies.
Parasol Up now has a new cocktail menu that includes artisanal cocktails on tap from Damian Cross, Wynn Las Vegas’ property mixologist.
New cocktails include the Boysenberry Delight made with boysenberry vodka, which Wynn says is exclusive to the resort, and pom cherry juice and St. Germain Liqueur, garnished with a dehydrated rose and atomized table side with citrus oil. Other selections include the Jack Frost made with Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack, Clément Mahina coconut liqueur and mint verbena syrup, garnished with chocolate mint and powdered sugar; Mojave Sunset, a combination of Bombay Sapphire Gin and Mojave grapefruit soda topped with marigold and mint; and the Up, Up, Up cocktail, an espresso martini garnished with star of anise and a spritz of absinthe from a vintage atomizer diffuser.
Parasol Up is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m.
Sister lounge Parasol Down is up next for a renovation with an estimated construction budget of $800,000.
