Rollin Smoke Barbeque and the "Lil Bitty Piggy" mascot have made the leap across town to Spring Valley and quietly debuted its third outpost over the weekend. Taking over the former site of Billy’s BBQ, the 1,750-square-foot corner spot at The Mall at Grand Canyon in Spring Valley sits at the corner of Flamingo Road and Grand Canyon Drive.

Featured in episodes of Travel Channel's Food Paradise and Animal Planet's Tanked, Rollin Smoke’s hickory smoked barbecue has been the star attraction at the original Highland Drive location since 2012. The owners also operate Rick’s Rolling Smoke Tavern in conjunction with Rick Harrison of Pawn Stars fame at his Pawn Plaza retail center.
On the menu, self-described "Southern comfort food at its very best," based around hand-rubbed meats. Specialties include "Pit Specials," of brisket, pulled pork, chicken, spare ribs and hot links, their "Outlaw Burger," featuring a hamburger mix of brisket, onion and bell pepper and another local favorite, "Smoked Meatloaf."
