The interior has been designed by HiiVE Creative in collaboration with Atlas Architects.
Operator Ken Aoiki is now separated from original partner chef John Chien Lee, who continues to operate his own concept, Soho Sushi Burrito and Jaburritos is now working in conjunction with local quick-serve specialists, Lev Restaurant Group.
On the menu, try the Jaburritos, wrapped in a choice of seaweed paper or a tortilla, Jachos, built over corn or taro chips, or a Jabowl, featuring salad or rice.
Protein options include spicy tuna, grilled steak, tofu, salmon and soft shell crab, or diners can opt for one of the dozen "chef creation" combinations.
A delay in opening means the brand can no longer make the claim of the first dedicated sushi burrito provider on the Strip, with Poukei at the Miracle Mile Shops beating them to the punch.
