The new awning may promise "no delay," but the highly anticipated arrival of In-N-Out Burger on the Strip is taking a little longer to arrive. Once officially planned for December, it is now expected to be open before the end of January, as work continues on both the interior and exterior.
Neon signage has been installed and is operational and a small "Company Store" annex has been revealed, with a retail window facing The Linq Promenade's fountain.

In-N-Out only operates two other stores, in Baldwin Park, California, and at the Las Vegas site on Dean Martin Dr. The full store inventory includes everything from T-shirts, clothing and mugs to chairs, bags, towels and branded golf balls. Plus, lip balms with the same flavors as their lemonade and milk shakes.
For the true super-fan, the "Value48" online collection includes $250 art pieces and $130 watches.

The 5,023-square-foot home at The Linq will feature a mezzanine and outdoor patio, created with an original, estimated construction budget of $1,791,076. Located in-between Flour & Barley's pizza and Sprinkles' cupcakes, opening hours have yet to be confirmed, but guests have been told to expect "lunch, dinner and late night dining."
