First announced way back in June of 2016, Los Angeles-based H2O Sushi & Izakaya has officially arrived at the Hughes Center, eight months after debuting its casual offshoot H2O Poke & Sushi Burrito at the Harmon Square retail center.
Built around a menu promising Japanese cuisine created with a “modern, exotic touch,” H20 neighbors Bandito Latin Kitchen & Cantina at East Flamingo Road, between Howard Hughes Parkway and Paradise Road.
In addition to yakitori choices, salads and small plate izakaya options such as edamame, spicy tuna and octopus, customers can opt for larger entrees including chef-selected sashimi and sushi.
But the main attraction will probably be the premium all-you-can-eat deals, available for lunch Monday to Friday until 3 p.m. and priced at $19.95, with the dinner option going for $25.95.
Among the many choices, a large selection of specialty rolls, yellowtail, fresh water eel and salmon egg sushi, pork belly yakitori plus tatsuta age chicken, gyoza, shrimp tempura, salmon collar and the H20 Wave carpaccio plates of salmon, albacore and seared garlic tuna.
