BEVERLY HILLS — Thomas Keller’s Bouchon closes on Dec. 31, leaving Los Angeles without the bakery, bistro and bar. Keller couldn’t come to terms with a new lease on the multi-floored restaurant’s building, which is owned by the city. Los Angelites of course can visit the Bouchon at the Venetian in Las Vegas, or one of the three bakeries in the resort. [Eater LA]

THE CROMWELL — Giada De Laurentiis tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal that breakfast and lunch end at her eponymous restaurant in November, but some of those dishes will land at her new Pronto by Giada opening in 2018 at Caesars Palace. Brunch remains at Giada Fridays through Sundays. [LVRJ]

LONDON — Gordon Ramsay says cocaine is “out of control” at his restaurants in Great Britain. The TV chef’s ITV documentary, Gordon Ramsay on Cocaine, shows him swabbing his kitchens and customer bathrooms to find out how prevalent the narcotic is. [Daily Mail]
