Sine 2015, Manhattan’s food truck kings The Halal Guys have been eager to create a late-night destination serving the local nightlife scene on either the Las Vegas Strip or somewhere downtown. That dream will finally come true, with plans recently filed to expand to a new home a short walk from the Omnia nightclub.

Serving up “authentic Middle Eastern flavors,” topped with the brand’s famous “magic” white and optional hot red sauce, The Halal Guys will move into Caesars Palace this November, opening a compact 364-square-foot space at the Forum Food Court.

Featuring an estimated $248,834 in construction costs alone, highly respected local firm Austin General Contracting is attached to the project, a few months after completing work on the remodel of Aria’s Jean George Steakhouse.

The Halal Guys first debuted in Las Vegas in August 2016 on Chinatown’s Spring Mountain Road, importing platters and sandwiches of chicken, beef gyro, or falafel, sides such as hummus, baba ghanoush, and crinkle cut fires, and new menu item, baklava dessert.

The Forum Food Court is currently home to DiFara Pizza, SmashBurger, Tiger Wok & Ramen, Earl of Sandwich, Romaine Empire, and La Gloria.
