Since 2004, the family-owned Archi’s Thai concept has been a fixture on the west side, but is now making a move eastward and opening its first location in Henderson.
Archi's Thai Bistro will take over a 2,634-square-foot corner space at the Beltway Plaza, 9310 S. Eastern Ave., close to the intersection with Serene Avenue. The restaurant takes over from Baja Fresh, which shuttered over the the summer. The retail hub was also once home to Monta Chaya.
The company already operates the original Archi’s Thai Bistro in Spring Valley, Archi’s Thai Cafe at Village Square and Archi’s Thai Kitchen at the Phoenix Plaza on West Flamingo Road.
An opening date for the Henderson location has yet to be announced.
On the future, non-fusion menu, a "100% pure Thai food experience," serving dishes that "were passed down from the Bangkok family’s recipes through generations." Favorite options include “tom yum” and and “tom kha” soups, yellow, green, red and panang curries, “pad cha cha cha” and “choo chee shrimp or catfish,” plus a wide variety of noodles and rice.
