Las Vegas offers no shortage of places to shop, from designer boutiques at luxury casinos to sprawling outlet malls on either end of the Strip. Those who view shopping as a form of cardio can refuel with lunch or happy hour after hitting the stores. Shoppers who venture to the Galleria at Sunset in Henderson can discover a wealth of dining options that are a far cry from the usual mall food court fare. From a healthy Greek cafe to a brewpub with more than 40 beers on draft, here are five restaurants to try at the Galleria at Sunset this weekend.
The all-you-can-eat meat option
Sometimes a day of shop-til-you-drop requires a little all-you-can-eat. Gen Korean BBQ provides a stylish sit-down restaurant with grills at each table. Diners can sip Soju (a Korean rice liquor) and choose from a selection of meats such as marinated pork belly, sweet, and savory beef and spicy octopus.

Surprisingly good fast-casual Mediterranean fare
The words “mall food court” may conjure up images of greasy french fries and soggy pizza, but Kyklos Greek Cafe doesn’t offer a typical food court menu. The fast-casual restaurant, which was started by three brothers with experience working in restaurants on the Strip, serves healthy meals made with fresh ingredients. The menu features tabbouleh salads, gyros, spanakopita, and souvlaki.

Dessert-worthy boba tea and Thai food
Tom Yum Thai Kitchen serves boba drinks that rival even the most indulgent milkshakes. Diners can choose from fruity flavors including taro, honeydew and acai or opt for blended versions made with ingredients such as Oreos, Nutella and peanut butter. Thai food is also on the menu at this casual spot, with options including lumpia, tom yum goong, and vegan curry.

Crazy customized milkshakes
The dessert bar at Sticks & Shakes offers milkshakes, gelato, or sorbet on a stick, frozen fruit on a stick and other interesting treats. Diners can combine American and UK candy toppings to create a handcrafted milkshake or choose from curated favorites such as the 24-carat shake, which features strawberries, Lindt truffles and a sprinkling of 24-carat gold flakes.

Microbrews on draft at World of Beer
Beer lovers in search of the ultimate gastropub experience should look no further than World of Beer. The Henderson favorite offers a whopping 500-plus beers, 41 of which are on draft. The tavern menu helpfully suggests beer pairings for items such as German pretzels, beer-brined chicken sliders, and Tuscan hummus. Heartier menu selections include IPA-glazed salmon, beer-battered cod with kale coleslaw, and pork schnitzel with crispy sage.
