Get ready to “Eat, Drink, and Be… MARY!,” but be prepared to be a little more patient.
LGBT-friendly burger restaurant Hamburger Mary’s is headed back to Las Vegas, 11 years after shuttering its first incarnation, located across Harmon Avenue from the Hard Rock Hotel.
The 17-restaurant chain is advising fans construction is underway and, “crossing our fingers,” should be ready by “mid-November.”
The new location will take over its own section of the approximately 11,000-square-foot Flair Nightclub building, close to the corner of Flamingo Road and Spencer Street. As part of the new addition, both the restaurant and nightclub will commit to creating a “100% smoke free” environment for its customers.
Promising “late-night shenanigans” at “Mary’s Bar” inside the main dining room, a large outdoor patio is also being built. On the menu, “big & juicy gourmet burgers,” sandwiches and “elevated pub fare,” plus “tasty strong cocktails,” all served with a “side of sass.”
The lively scene will be highlighted by nightly entertainment, including drag shows, charity Bingo, cabaret theater events, trivia contests and karaoke.
