Vegetarian, vegan and sandwich specialists the Bronze Cafe officially closed at the Gay & Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada on Southern Maryland Parkway and now only has its location inside The Market on Fremont East.
Bronze Cafe originally opened in April 2013, then brought its menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, smoothies and pastries as well as an espresso bar to The Market in April 2016.
The cafe menu features vegan and gluten-free options, while some of the more popular dishes include a turkey, bacon, house-made bacon jam and house-made Green Goddess chicken salad.
General manager David Mozes tells Las Vegas Weekly that “2017 had been less profitable than years past at the café’s Center location and that [management] ‘had been attempting to get the Center to renegotiate the financial terms of its occupancy for months after having fallen behind on rent payments, but the Center elected to not renegotiate.’”
