Now hiring, the new 24-hour diner replacing Planet Dailies at the Planet Hollywood Resort. The restaurant drops more hints of its “fun,” “hip” and “chic” interior remodel.
Café Hollywood will debut this fall with a very different look. Set to celebrate all things Hollywood and also the 25-year history of the Planet Hollywood restaurant chain, new renderings reveal the wine bar and lounge featuring more than 40 different wines, 24 of them by-the-glass, as well as a small plates dining menu.
The center of the 5,828-square-foot restaurant, dubbed “The Counter,” offers a “full array of breakfast goodies and coffee drinks to gelato, decadent desserts and craft sodas.” It will also add a take-out menu.
A “multimedia celebration” of Planet Hollywood events plays on 35 monitors and the walls will be decorated with photographs from previous restaurant openings.
The restaurant plans to remain open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining, previewing future menu items such as lasagna, ribs, a sampler tower of five appetizers including chicken wings, ribs and elaborate, and indulgent “Supernova Shakes.”
An exact opening date has yet to be revealed.
