The newest buffet experience in Las Vegas brings a chef’s table to the Mirage’s Cravings. Customers can land VIP treatment that blends the total craziness of all of the food at a buffet with fine dining experiences served table side.
Diners here eat a multi-course specialty menu, each prepared table side. Salads tossed, carving cuts of meats Rodizio-style, and chocolate drizzled over fresh berries are just some of the items. Those still hungry can head to one of the buffet’s 11 international stations. That includes 150 Coca Cola flavors, and unlimited beer and wine.
Bonus: Customers can get take out at the buffet as well.
The Chef’s Table experience at Cravings is available seven nights a week from 4 to 9 p.m. Prices start at $49.99 every Monday through Thursday and $52.99 on Friday through Sunday.
Of course, the Bellagio Buffet also has a chef’s table, serving seasonal fruits, house-baked breads and canapés that await customers with reservations. That experience opened in 2014.
