Salute Trattoria Italiana, the Italian restaurant at Red Rock Resort, plans to close in early December, tipsters at the restaurant report. Back in February, executive chef Luke Palladino, the Philadelphia chef with Borgata ties in Atlantic City, came on board at the restaurant that originally opened in 2015 as part of the Clique Hospitality portfolio.
“We’re excited for Station Casinos to introduce a new concept at Red Rock,” Clique Hospitality founder Andy Masi says in a statement to Eater Vegas. “Our relationship with Station and their entire team has always been amazing. Clique Hospitality is excited to continue working with the Station's team in offering guests inventive and incredible dining experiences at Hearthstone Cellar & Kitchen and Libre Mexican Cantina in Red Rock Resort and at Bottiglia Enoteca and Borracha Mexican Cantina in Green Valley Ranch Resort.”
No word on an exact closing date, but Clique does plan to move all staff to other restaurants in the group.
