Arizona’s Grabbagreen will debut its healthy alternative to fast and casual dining at two Las Vegas locations next year, and the first location to debut is now confirmed for Village Square.
The “semi-organic, preservative-free, naturally gluten-free and GMO free” concept will take over a 1,780-square-foot corner spot at the retail hub, sitting next door to Yojié Japanese Fondue and a few steps from the more indulgent choices at Jollibee.
Aiming for an estimated March 3 arrival date, a second Grabbagreen is already planned for Henderson later in the year, near Boulder Highway and Lake Mead Parkway.
Created by “two moms and childhood friends, Keely Newman and Kelley Bird,” Grabbagreen pushes a kid-conscious agenda through its menu and lack of soda machines. Guests can build their own grain and "green" boxes, or choose pre-designed combinations such as “brown rice, chicken, cucumber, Kalamata olive and mint,” or “bean sprout, carrots, chicken, cilantro, cucumber and edamame.”
Also available, breakfast wraps, “veggie hash” bowls, smoothies and fresh pressed juices, “acai cups,” “elixirs” and the company’s own brand of protein bar desserts.
