The Bellagio Gets in on the Cold-Pressed Juice Craze

The Bellagio gets into the pressed juice game when Juice Press opens its first Nevada location in early 2018.

The organic food and beverage retailer offers up organic cold-pressed juices in addition to smoothies, snacks, and kombucha on tap. Travelers staying at the resort can order through in-room dining when the location opens next to The Spa & Salon.

Juice Press already has 74 company-owned stores on the East Coast and only recently started expanding west, opening opening its first location in Seattle this month.

The company, founded in 2010, features fruit and veggie juices, along with acai bowls, breakfast dishes including oatmeal and superfood bowls, salads, soups, and even desserts such as the chia seed pudding, raw chocolates, almond butter, raw jam, and coconut oil. Specialties include chocolate chip gladiator cookies, mint chip energy bars, chipotle sauce, maple syrup, and rose water mist.
