Henderson’s Me Gusta Tacos has made the leap 14 miles west from The District at Green Valley Ranch, now serving inside the shuttered home of Sammy Pho Vietnamese Cuisine.

Located close to the intersection of Durango Drive and Warm Spring Road at the Rhodes Ranch Town Center, the 1,800-square-foot counter-service space features a simple design, with blonde wood tables and small plants hanging from one wall.

Offering salsa options that carefully reveal the spice level on the side of the dispenser, customers can kick up their meals from mild to the "9 out of 10" rated salsa habanero.

On the menu, tacos served on warm corn tortillas, priced at $3.50 each, or three for $9.50, with choices like “Korean kalbi,” carne asda and carnitas. Burritos include the $9.50 shrimp and $7.50 “anthem” made with squash, guacamole and black beans.

They also serve breakfast burritos with tater tots and Bavarian cream or caramel churros for dessert.
