A Henderson favorite makes the move to a second location in Las Vegas. Kitchen Table Squared debuted at The Gramercy, bringing chef Javier Chavez’s blend of European cooking style with Latin American flavors to breakfast and lunch dishes to Summeriin.
Dishes here include a roasted rack of lamb, a three-pound cote de boeuf, yellowtail hamachi and raw oysters from the crudo raw bar. Diners can order a whole snapper prepared Veracruz style, sea bass with cannellini beans and Calabrese peppers. Of course, Chavez made his name on brunch dishes, so favorites including a braised pork belly Benedict, tacos huevos, and the Egyptian with house-made Dukkah seasoning over two poached eggs make the move as well.
The 3,000-square-foot space seats 100 diners, and another 12 can sit inside the private dining room.
