Sausagefest Las Vegas
Address: 953 E. Sahara Ave., #E8
Phone: 702-382-3379
Status: Open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Open for weeks, but only now beginning to let the wider public in on the secret, Oliver Naidas has expanded from his very successful collection of local food trucks and debuted his first brick-and-mortar location at the Commercial Center.
Joining the Tacofest, Burgerfest, Greekfest and Freshfest trucks still in operation, Sausagefest has launched its own restaurant, taking over the former 1,904-square-foot home of Cornish Pasty Co. and located a short walk from the under renovation Lotus of Siam.
Based around the still available Sausagefest truck menu, new additions include “breakfast all-day” choices and craft beer and wine pairings. Inside, the space has been remodeled with reclaimed wood accents and a large “eat sausage” sign.

Creating sandwiches and dishes with Italian, Polish, Longanisa, Bratwurst, Linguica, Chorizo and Merguez sausages, the restaurant also offers pancakes, waffles, French toast, house made pretzels and breads.
Potential items for future menus tested during the last few weeks include pulled pork fries, flatbreads, “bangers and mash” and the imposing “Fridge” burger, topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, bacon and polish sausage.
