A local poke restaurant makes the move to the Strip. Now fans heading to a concert or Las Vegas Golden Knights games at T-Mobile Arena can fuel up at Tail & Fin, which just opened two fast-casual locations there.
Diners can get made-to-order sushi burritos and poke bowls available at most events. Six different options make the menu, made with ahi tuna, spicy tuna or salmon with a vegan and vegetarian options also available.
Tail & Fin has two locations at T-Mobile Arena: one on the Main Concourse behind Section 19 and the other on the Upper Concourse behind Section 221. Suite catering also will be available beginning in late December.
Tail & Fin from former Nobu executive chef Karu Wedhas has two locations already open in Las Vegas — one in Silverado Ranch at 9845 S. Maryland Parkway and the other in Summerlin at 1910 Village Center Circle.
