The Buffet at Bellagio has long been one of a favorite buffet dining option on the Strip and will soon be undergoing a rare upgrade.
The overhaul will remodel a 600-square-foot section of the buffet, costing a pricey $693,327 in estimated construction costs. On the way, four new drink stations and a upgrade of the surrounding area. The additions will permanently remove some existing seating from the dining room. No timetable for the changes has been revealed.
The Buffet is already known for offering a $12.99 "unlimited drink" package that can be added to the price of admission, featuring "unlimited margaritas, Bloody Mary’s, beer, or sparkling wine."
Elsewhere on property, guests looking for a coffee pick-me-up will soon have yet another Starbucks to visit. Palio Pronto has been shuttered since December and will be re-branded as the ubiquitous java brand within days. Slightly hidden, it sits at the Strip level entrance closest to Flamingo Road. The original Palio Coffee Shop, located further back in the resort next to the pool, remains open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
