The sushi burrito and poke bowl trend continues to spiral out of control in Las Vegas, with new places opening on a weekly basis. This week alone, Jaburritos opened on The Linq Promenade on Tuesday.
Coming next week, a second location of Tail & Fin from the former Nobu Beijing and Las Vegas chef Karu Wedha. On Feb. 9, the location opens at 1910 Village Center Circle in Suite 9, the former home of Surf City Squeeze.
Tail & Fin owners Jeff Tomastik, Bruce Doll and Eric Noe are behind this brand that wants to be more than a fast-casual restaurant. Fresh raw fish such as tuna, salmon and more is the focus of the bowls and burritos found ere. Guests can create their own bowls and burritos or choose from the a set menu of concoctions.
The restaurant plans to be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tail & Fin opened in September at 9845 S. Maryland Parkway, Suite B.
