Hours: Open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays.

A restaurant that has seen celebrities such as reality stars Kendall and Kylie Jenner, singers Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Katy Perry and Britney Spears, comedian Jerry Seinfeld, and actress Salma Hayek check out their bedazzled lollipops was christened in Las Vegas by Public Enemy hype man Flavor Flav when it debuted on Friday.

Sugar Factory American Brasserie finally arrived at Fashion Show mall with the wearer of gigantic clocks and former chicken restaurant owner downing a Lollipop Passion Goblet and a Tie Dye milkshake along with a Black Angus filet and lobster tail.

The restaurant at the front of the swanky mall spans two stories, taking over 22,000 square feet with a Moulin Rouge marquee, a walk up indoor/outdoor carousel bar serving those goblets, outdoor patios on both levels with a daiquiri bar upstairs, a carousel surrounded by a "Candyland" inspired garden, a gazebo, a Chocolate Lounge on the second level and more than 500 types of candy.

The menu includes crepes, salads, burgers milkshakes and specialty pizzas as well as desserts such as the King Kong Sundae that serves up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream and a pretty crazy amount of toppings.
