In what may be a real estate first in Las Vegas, three separate food truck operators will debut brick-and-mortar restaurants all within the same retail center, creating a hub of casual fusion dining.
Joining the already revealed second local home of Fukuburger and the first Las Vegas expansion for Jogasaki Sushi Burritos, chef Ronnie Lucido will be bringing his Los-Angeles-based Fists of Fusion to the under construction site at the corner of Buffalo Drive and Warm Springs Road.
Formerly known as Truck Norris, Fists of Fusion is Lucido’s tribute to the Hawaiian and Filipino favorites of his youth and will take over a corner spot, serving up rice bowls, burritos, tacos and salads.
Favorites on board his busy truck include "The Notorious R.I.B.," an order of beef shorts ribs in their sweet soy marinade and "kalua pork sisig," slow roasted for eight hours. Guests can build their own bowls, tacos and burritos, filled with options like honey sesame tofu.

Local developer J. Dapper of Dapper Companies is behind the two-acre project, which will also include a new PT's Pub.
