WYNN LAS VEGAS — La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will be serving a special Passover dish on April 10-18. The soy-braised short-rib served with baby carrots and natural jus goes for $21 for the eight days of Passover.

LAS VEGAS — All Feast, Festival Buffet and Bistro Buffet locations that are part of Station Casinos will offer special Passover menus in addition to the restaurants’ regular menu items from Monday, April 10, through Tuesday, April 18. Special food items include matzo ball soup, chopped liver, charoset, brisket, roasted chicken with matzo stuffing, honey-glazed chicken, matzo brei, kugel, herbed new potatoes and macaroons. Feast Buffets are located at Boulder Station, Green Valley Ranch, Palace Station, Red Rock Resort, Santa Fe Station, Sunset Station and Texas Station. Festival Buffets are located at Fiesta Henderson and Fiesta Rancho, and the Bistro Buffet is located at the Palms.

SUNCOASTSt. Tropez Buffet celebrates Passover from sunset on Monday, April 10, through nightfall on Tuesday, April 18. The buffet will feature matzo ball soup, carved beef brisket, whitefish salad, chopped chicken liver, noodle Kugle, stuffed cabbage rolls, gefilte fish and potato pancakes.
