Co-owners Brendan Hancock, Moana Ladrazo and Codey Alexander now have House of Alchemy, a place to find healthy clean food such as cold-pressed juice, smoothies and acai bowls in Spring Valley. The three wanted to bring the cafe culture to juicing.

Hancock tells Eater Vegas photographer Amelinda B Lee that they chose cold-pressed juice because it "enhances mood and vitality."

Guests can sit at tables meant for conversation, even in the loft area.

The trio is working on the plant-based menu that features 14 cold-pressed juices (dubbed "elixirs") and nut milks, all $11.50 for 16 fluid ounces. Another eight Super Smoothies come in 14 ounces for $8.75 and 20 ounces for $12. Add plant-based protein for $2. An acai bowl goes for $11.50.

The restaurant’s coffee beans come from Vittoria Coffee from Australia.
