One of the most-anticipated restaurant openings of the year, Bandito Latin Kitchen & Cantina is sharing the first hint of what to expect behind the high glass walls. Kent Harmon’s concept will be serving Latin American-inspired dishes with "a heavy emphasis on Mexico," in a hard to miss location at the corner of Flamingo Road and Howard Hughes Parkway

Bandito’s first rendering of the interior suggests the team has been inspired by the angular, modern industrial exterior. Soon to be hiring for all positions, the built-from-scratch 4,000-square-foot restaurant connects to a 14,160-square-foot retail complex that will also host the future Japanese restaurant, H20 Sushi & Izakaya.
Already promised for its late spring debut, "tortillas, sauces, salsas and desserts made fresh daily," a commitment to customer service and a dining and cocktail menu to feature a "little bit of something for everyone, from a great business lunch to happy hour, dinner with the entire family all the way to a late-night spot for those in the industry looking to unwind after their shift."
