Poke Addiction joins the poke craze in Las Vegas with a location in the northwest. Poke bowls come in regular with three scoops for $10.95 or four for $11.95.
Guests start with white rice, brown rice, poke nachos, a wrap of tortilla or pita, mixed greens or a seaweed/soy roll.
Then comes the protein —ahi tuna, yellowtail, salmon, spicy tuna, ebi shrimp, shrimp tempura, surimi crab, scallop, unagi, tofu, grilled chicken, baked salmon or spicy surimi crab.
Sauce choices include spicy mayo, ponzu garlic, creamy wasabi, yum yum sauce, wasabi ranch, lime ponzu, poke sauce or teriyaki.
Top it with avocados, pico de gallo, pineapples, seaweed salad, masago (smelt eggs), cucumbers, lemon bites, cilantro, sweet onions, red radishes, scallions, jalapeño peppers, pickled ginger, edamame, wasabi, shredded cabbage, carrots, chickpeas and salsa.
Then guests can add roasted shallots, roasted garlic, furikaki, roasted sesame seeds, crushed pepper flakes, chili threads or rice puffs.
Of course, the restaurant features preconceived bowls named after the Seven Deadly Sins. Greed features spicy tuna, cucumber, sweet onions, cilantro, rice puffs and screaming O sauce, while Envy combines tuna, surimi crab, pico de gallo, sweet onion, toasted sesame, screaming O sauce, spicy mayo and mango. These specials go for $9.95 to $11.95.
