ARIA — Starting April 8, Herringbone revamps its brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays with weekly rotating interactive food stations. The Salt, Brine & Poke station will feature oysters, peel and eat shrimp, fish and shellfish. The Carved, Cut & Shaved station will consist of an ever-changing selection of meats. The Farm Basket station will offer fresh-picked produce from local farms and assorted artisan pastries, as well as fresh juices and blended fruit and vegetable smoothies. For those 21 and over, guests will also have the option to upgrade their smoothies with a selection of premium vodkas. Then the Kid in You station will feature cereals, candies and pastries.
