Inspired by pubs found in the Gangnam District of Seoul, South Korea and combined with a Hawaiian influence to create an Asian fusion menu, Gagnam Street Pub & Kitchen has debuted in Spring Valley.
Also referring to itself as a "barstaurant," it takes over the shuttered Aranya Thai Bistro, sitting in between Fuddruckers and Mad Hatter Cupcakes at the Grand Canyon Parkway retail hub, close to Flamingo Road and Hualapai Way.
On the menu, main dishes like $15 bulgogi, $23 "beef ribs kimchi jjim," $20 "grilled atka mackerel" and the $13 "Dynamite Chicken," topped with sweet chili and firecracker sauce.
Appetizers include $8 steamed dumplings, $8 "corn cheese," $15 fish & chips, poke, cold tofu, kimchi pancakes and a $15 whole, fried, Cornish hen.
