Sugar Factory returns to the Strip after a hiatus. The new 22,000-square-foot location at the front of Fashion Show features two floors of sugary concoctions.
Guests walk through a "Moulin Rouge" marquee to enter the restaurant with chandeliers overhead and red booths.
Both levels include outdoor patios, while passersby can order goblets at a white indoor/outdoor "carousel bar."
The top level offers a 14-seat, horse-drawn carousel with a garden decked out in 5,000 candy flowers, animal sculptures, cupcakes and lollipops that light up surrounding it.
The candy store portion of Sugar Factory showcases more than 500 types of candy, homemade ice cream and gelato, milkshakes, pastries and coffee.
The top level also offers a chocolate lounge decked out in gold and caramel. Here guests can order chocolate-based martinis including a German chocolate cake, chocolate mudslide martini and the caramel truffle. A collection of more than two dozen truffles and well as a "Chocolate Gold" fondue containing a gold-coated dark chocolate truffle melted table side and served with edible gold-coated sweets such as chocolate nuggets, truffles, gummy bears, strawberries, chocolate cupcakes and homemade chocolate bars also find a home here.
Go ahead and wander around.
