Bank Atcharawan has already had an amazing career in Las Vegas, first as the sommelier at Lotus of Siam, then opening Chada Thai & Wine with small plates and a big wine list, then Chada Street, his Thai ode to street fare in Chinatown. Now he admits he’s trying something new, taking on desserts.

The Patio Desserts & Drink delivers in a patio-themed spot that features dishes such as Thai rolled ice cream and other Asian specialties. Look for a green tea cake with red bean creme and kinako served with blackberry sauce; honey toast with fresh fruit, served with house-made cream corn with berry swirl ice cream; chrysanthemum tea with fresh flower ice; and a magnificent Hong Kong waffle with fresh fruit and served with house-made espresso stout ice cream.
