The Japanese restaurant at the Forum Shops at Caesars just launched the High Roller Sake Pairing for $280 per person. The premium sake flight includes Dassai 23 Niwari Sanbu, Wakatake Onikoroshi Demon Slayer and Kubota Hekiju.
It comes with the High Roller, an off-menu roll made with Japanese Wagyu beef, Toro, sea urchin, caviar, lobster, asparagus, fresh truffle, gold flakes and sushi rice.
Of course, those of you who had to pay taxes may want to head to Sushi Roku’s Red Sun Happy Hour, which offers dishes for $4 to $7 Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. Dishes include tuna carpaccio for $7, albacore with garlic ponzu for $6, hand rolls for $4, spicy tuna on crispy rice for $6, rib-eye steak wrapped asparagus for $7 and more.
