The latest place to pick up brunch on the weekends comes at the hands of Rick Moonen. His RM Seafood at Mandalay Place kicks off a new brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Customers can find a lobster Benny with butter-poached Maine lobster, asparagus, toasted brioche and a lobster coral Hollandaise sauce, or head to the sweet side of the menu for stuffed French toast with seasonal berries, whipped mascarpone, berry gastrique and Chantilly cream on brioche. Other dishes include salmon with True North salmon with arugula, caper-crusted fried egg, bagel chips and potato latkes as well as as well as a short rib Benny with braised short rib, toasted corn bread, roasted carrots, caramelized onions and horseradish Hollandaise sauce.

Drinks found at brunch include Cherry Bomb Bloody Mary featuring house-made Cherry Bomb hot sauce and vodka or gin; Chef’s Lemonade with strawberry, lemon, basil and vodka; and Bellinis made with white peach or strawberry juice.
