The Rainbow Sunset Pavilion retail hub in Spring Valley is becoming the place to be for chicken lovers. Taking over the shuttered former home of Soulfish Poke and featuring the self-explanatory name of Rotisserie Chicken, the new concept is serving a compact menu build around chicken prepared with a "secret adobo recipe."

Located a short distance from Korean fried chicken specialists Bonchon, the 1,210-square-foot Rotisserie Chicken space lets guests first choose the chicken portion size, ranging from $9.99 for a quarter with a small side and small side salad, or upgrading to the $25.99 whole chicken, with two large sides and one large salad.

Hot sides include baked potatoes, mixed vegetables, fries, soups of the day and mac & cheese. A choice of lettuces are available and toppings can be added at the salad bar. Other dining options include chicken fingers or wraps and guacamole with chips.
