And a remodel of the Interlude lounge

Heading in a different direction than Giada on the second floor, self-described "quick service restaurant" Eatwell is on its way to the casino floor. The casual, counter service spot will spend an estimated $350,000 in construction costs to build the 950-square-foot project, hosting a maximum occupancy of 28 inside the open-plan space.

The quick and simple menu is pitched to lure in the younger crowd attending the Victor Drai curated night and day scene. Contributing to the designs are locals Dezmotif Studios, last seen working on the very splashy Le Central lobby bar at Paris Las Vegas, Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood and and the shuttered Purple Zebra at the Linq Promenade.

Also on the horizon, Dezmotif Studios' remodel of the casino floor bar, Interlude, now formally known as the Interlude Casino Lounge, promoting its electronic gaming tables as much as its cocktail menu. An estimated $365,000 in estimated construction costs has been allocated for the yet to be revealed upgrades.

A timetable for completion for both projects have not been announced, but Eatwell is currently hiring.
