The newest restaurant in Chinatown brings 21 dishes at Sparrow & Wolf, former Comme Ca chef Brian Howard’s restaurant that takes over the former Annie Pho space.
He brings former TBD chef Justin Kingsley Hall on board as chef de cuisine, former Comme Ca pastry chef Martha Arazia to handle desserts and John Anthony, who handled the openings of STK and Bagatelle Beach Club, as the general manager.
