The Southwest now has one of the most exciting new restaurants to open in Las Vegas this year. Meet The Black Sheep, which took over a 1,350-square-foot space recently vacated by Soulfish Poke.

Sitting in the Rhodes Ranch retail center, The Black Sheep offers Vietnamese-American comfort food made with locally sourced ingredients.

Craft cocktails, a value-driven wine list and beer supplied by Henderson and local brewers accompany the dishes here.

Former director of operations for chef Daniel Boulud’s Dinex Group Andrew Hooper is part of the restaurant. Below, the entire menu.
