THE LINQ PROMENADE — Virgil’s added an over-the-top bloody Mary with a barbecue twist to the menu after it won a tasting contest earlier this year. The Loaded Big Bloody Bull Rider features a homemade mix made with Virgil’s own spicy barbecue sauce and is topped with a barbecue chicken wing, smoked brisket, grilled shrimp, bacon lardon and jalapeño-stuffed olive.
